City Dogs
Living in the city can sometimes be challenging as a dog owner but snug in the middle of Mitte, this hidden gem is one of my favourite cafes to visit. The courtyard transports you into a little safe haven of yumminess. Its also great if you have a dog that doesn’t like traffic because its tucked away from the main streets. A super dog friendly cafe with loads of outside space and the food is amazing.
The staff are always so welcoming, they are delighted to say hi to the dogs and give them some water.
Freddy was such a good boy and happily took all the cuddles he could get from the staff. Eevee just wanted to eat my eggs.
The menu is full of delicious choices, including plenty for vegetarian and gluten free options.
We chose smoked salmon and poached eggs on the amazing sourdough bread from @albatrossberlin , plus the avacado and poached eggs. Both were fresh and tasty.
They make a really great cup of coffee and Im obsessed with the blue cups!
Weekends can get pretty busy so go early if you want to get a nice seat outside. However the service is always speedy, which helps if you have a dog that does‘nt like to sit still for too long. Dogs are also allowed inside as long as they behave and dont try to lick all the other customers “Eevee :-)”
A worthwhile walk into Mitte for a super dog friendly delicious cafe.
Thank you Father Carpenter
